At INUTEQ we want to create happy customers and we are growing fast doing so. Founded in 2011 in The Netherlands, we have since expanded to keep up with the demands of our customers. Our goal is to serve you with products that make your life easier, more efficient and of course cooler.
We carefully test each product for durability and health, so that you can be confident in the quality of our products. Our staff is on hand to assist you and answer all of your questions.
Orders
Order processing
All orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1 day on regular business days (Monday – Friday). Extra time may be required for larger orders, custom orders or orders requiring additional customer information.
Order tracking
We ensure tracking information on all our orders, so all shipments can be tracked. Once you have the tracking number please allow time for it to enter the carrier’s system and update. We strive to uphold the highest levels of quality customer service.
Do you have an INUTEQ account?
Tracking your order is easy! Log into your account and check out the fulfilment status that is next to your order. If it has been fulfilled, click onto the order information where you’ll find your tracking information.
No account?
As soon as your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email with all the details about your order. There will be tracking information in the email. If you haven’t received an email yet, don’t worry. It normally takes around 24 hours for your order to be dispatched.

Shipping
It is our ultimate goal at INUTEQ Romania to create life-long customers and we will do everything in our power to ensure that your experience with us is one that makes you want to shop with us again.
Delivery time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 (business) day. We ship orders Monday through Friday. The delivery time depends on your region, but they normally take 1-5 days to arrive. We ensure tracking information on all our orders, so you’ll be able to track your order.
Returns & Refunds
Received a faulty or damaged product?
We’re really sorry to hear you did! If you in the unlikely event received a faulty or damaged product, please get in touch with our support team immediately. We’ll do our utmost best to get things sorted.
Want to return something?
We know, returns are a pain in the ***. Right. You’ve ordered a product and for some reason it doesn’t meet your criteria, or you just didn’t like it. It happens. But don’t worry. Here, at INUTEQ Romania we don’t want to make your life any more difficult than it already is.
That’s why we want to make the experience as seamless as possible. Fill in the information about your return in the return form and we’ll handle it from there.
Our Return Policy

- Your product not right? No worries, let us know and we’ll sort it out.
- We do not offer exchanges, only refunds.
- Product(s) must be unopened and in its original packaging.
- All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.
- You have 14 days from the date you received your item(s) to make a return.
- You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from INUTEQ Romania. We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third-party retailers.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining orders will only slow down the refund process.
How to return a product
Follow these simple steps to register your return
- Go to the Inuteq Returns Center.
- Enter your order number and email address. Please enter everything exactly as it appears on your order confirmation.
- Type in the name of the item you would like to return.
- Let us know the amount of items you want to return.
Items from separate orders cannot be returned within the same package, combining orders will slow down the refund process. Returns that are booked in the portal separately cannot be returned in the same package.
Please do not return any damaged goods unless advised by a member of our support team, it may result in a slower resolution time.
Purchases made with a discount code
Unfortunately, items purchased with a discount code cannot be refunded.
Custom orders
It is not possible to return customised products. If you have received a customised product and are not happy with the way it looks, we advise you to contact our support team. They will happily assist you.
